You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. This modern accommodations are located in the beautiful Istrian Villas resort. The resort is situated directly on the deep-blue sea in Umag, Croatia. The city center of Umag is just a few minutes’ drive away. Since the resort is located right on the sea, it’s ideal for families with small children. The numerous facilities and play areas make the resort unique and especially child-friendly. In addition to a large pool, a baby/children’s pool, and great play areas, there is also a mini-club and entertainment program for children of all ages. Of course, there is also an entertainment program for adults. In addition, the resort features several sports fields and restaurants.
The beautiful Villa V 4+2 vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots. The living room also features a satellite TV. The vacation home has a well-equipped kitchenette, which includes a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a toaster, an electric kettle (upon request), a microwave, and a refrigerator. There are two bathrooms in the vacation home. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and sink; the other has a bathtub, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The large covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play in the garden, on the playground, or by the pool. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The Mediterranean Sea is located right next to the Melia Istrian Villas resort. Here you can enjoy the sun and go swimming. There are two different beaches: a gently sloping sandy beach and a paved beach with lounge chairs. The clean seawater has been awarded the Blue Flag by the Foundation for Environmental Education. A variety of water sports await you here: sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, motorboats, and much more!
POOL
Here, you’ll be spoiled for choice: A large outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool—or would you rather splash around with the little ones in the kids’ pool? You’ll find everything here to make your heart race. The kids’ pool features a large pirate ship and a water playground. The outdoor pool is perfect for a leisurely dip or a long swim. If you’re looking to relax, you’ll also find a hot tub in the indoor pool area. The fantastic chill-out terrace with lounge music is the perfect spot to unwind. If you’re in the mood for a cocktail or a snack, you’ll find a bar right next door.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the mid- and high seasons, a team of experienced activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Every day, there are water aerobics, Zumba, aerobics, group dances, and similar activities. Various clubs offer children ages 5 to 17 great opportunities for fun. Whether it’s team sports, mini-shows, pool games, or themed parties, there’s sure to be something for everyone! Your children will have the chance to take center stage in evening performances. In the evenings, there’s also a mini-disco for the kids. Those who want to get active have plenty of options.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you want to stay in shape even while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice. The entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness program featuring water aerobics, Zumba, aerobics, group dances, and much more. The resort also offers tennis courts, ping-pong tables, bike paths, and walking trails. Outside the resort, you’ll find a world-renowned tennis center, handball and volleyball courts, a riding club, and diving opportunities.

The resort is located just a short distance from the center of Umag. There you’ll find everything you could want—clothes, shoes, food, or jewelry. If you just need something small, you’ll find various shops right in the resort that offer everything you need.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and a refrigerator. Shopping options are also nearby. The resort has several restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes. If you’d like to take advantage of breakfast or half-board, you’re welcome to book these on-site (no advance reservation is required).

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
The small town of Umag, with its harbor, is a well-known commercial and tourist center in Istria. Long ago, the Roman nobility chose Umag as their summer residence. This is still evident today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city center, you’ll find a wide variety of shops, ranging from boutiques to grocery stores to a shopping mall. You’ll also find various restaurants and cafés in the charming streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bike. There are specialty shops in town that can provide you with the right equipment. If you enjoy going out at night, a visit to the Casino Elite is a great option. There, in addition to the usual games of chance, you’ll find good music and fresh drinks. Visit the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija-Salvore—perhaps during a bike ride. You might be lucky enough to be in Umag during an ATP tennis tournament at the famous ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several towns worth visiting. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Seafood lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find excellent wine in Croatia. So if you’re looking to treat yourself, this is the perfect place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and getting together—whether at a nightclub, on the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland area behind the coastline offers many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travelers will find plenty to enjoy. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
