The spacious outdoor area is one of the main highlights of the villa. Guests can enjoy a large private pool, sunbathing areas, terraces and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a shaded pergola is perfect for preparing meals outside and spending relaxed summer evenings together. A ceramic charcoal grill and a plancha grill plate are also available.

Additional amenities include outdoor Bluetooth music, table tennis, extra air conditioning and various high-quality equipment features that make the stay even more comfortable.

Well-behaved pets, max. 2, each up to 10 kg, are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 170 € per pet per week. Some properties do not allow youth groups.
