“Property owners were great, very kind and even took my granddaughters out to the farm to meet the chickens and the cows. Overall experience was very very good. And an excellent price for sure! “That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start.
The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford.
I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.”
