“We had a great stay at this 100-year-old Japanese home. The mix of traditional architecture and modern updates was impressive, and the house was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Tadao, the host was very responsive and made communication a pleasure. We only wished we had booked a longer stay. Would definitely recommend a relaxing stay directly across the rd from the beach. “The staff were very nice. Bushi-san was busy on my day of arrival (they have a lot of activities in Kamakura), but they left me a welcome packet with all the information. I met Bushi-san the morning after for breakfast. I also got to meet Yoko-san. She was very kind. The guesthouse is small, and the building is old and charming. I slept on a futon in a room equipped with tatamimats and traditional screen doors. It was amazing to sleep in a traditional room. The futon is perhaps on the thinner...
