This Hotel has soul in a city that on surface ha lacks of it. The location is right for people who are either in media and internet business or just out in the dessert for fun. The pool area is really cool in the day and night and often magic in the mornings when you can enjoy the lonlyiness. You run in the gym with excellent view. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent and staff really top notch. Internet eainess works average (no hotel should get 5 star if wifiaccess takes more thn 30 sec to join) and as for all Hotel should be more simple, but even internet is among best in Dubai in comparison and wifi is not lost anywere in the building. GREAT stay and value for money.

We were a family of two adults and two children staying at the hotel over New Year's. We got nice, large, and fresh rooms in a good location. What we liked: · The Rooms: Large, fresh, and nice, perfect for a family. · The Location: Good location, it only took us 7 minutes to walk to the metro. · The Staff: Everyone at breakfast was helpful and friendly. Michael and Mendli stood out especially. The cleaners were also always friendly and said hello when we saw them. The breakfast: good with large variation, but not included, we payed extra. What could have been better: · The Reception: When we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., we had to go up and say hello ourselves for the receptionist to notice us, even though the lobby was empty. When we checked out later, it was also difficult to get clear answers about the process. · No Alcohol: We were informed that the hotel does not serve alcohol, neither at the bar/roofterrace nor in the restaurant.

Central hotel. That is clean and friendly staff. Pool area is very small. Hotel needs renovation. It feels abit old. Breakfast is basic.
