“The hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. The front desk staff that checked us in later in the evening was not very friendly. There is no elevator in the building so if you have luggage or many things you will have to carry everything through the stairs ( this is not very convenient for people that has a toddler like myself, or for someone that is pregnant like another customer that was there and needed to carry all of her things up). The room is spacious but there were bugs in the room...

“Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. There was an extra bathroom on the first floor for gas that was always clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful. The pool area was very clean and the pool water...

“The breakfast was good with variations over the 4 days. One day our room wasn’t cleaned but we weren’t sure if it was everyday or not. The price was more reasonable than the other hotel close by but it is getting a little shabby.”

“There is no lobby. It's kept closed off from guests, but the desk person can see & be seen sitting behind the counter looking at you through the door & windows. There's a tiny night window through which he conducts his day & night time guest interactions. Extremely unwelcoming. The room was clean enough altho there was a dead waterbug in the bathroom. “The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods.”

“Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place.”

“The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

“The hair dryer was not affixed to the wall but hanging on a metal wall plate that didn’t fit the dryer. You couldn’t use the dryer without it all falling. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes, there were bugs and at least two of the light fixtures didn’t work. Not what I’m used to at a Wyndham but the front desk was very friendly and the place was quiet.”

“The hotel was clean and close to restaurants nearby. The breakfast was okay. It served its purpose, nothing too fancy. Overall, this was a great stay, especially if you plan to be out exploring Dallas.”

“OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!”
