âI love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. â
âIt was a pleasant stay. Easy parking due to not a busy roadway. Easy and fast check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room space is limited but is ok for budget hotel. Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around.â

âI think for overall it's quiet good.. I love the way of design in my room that I've been stayed for 4 days. All the equipments in that room is good as well the TV, the Air-conditioner and the most importantly is the toilet, I able to used as much as I want. I'm really glad with that things but for a bit problems that I've been encountered during my staying there is, it has a mosquitoes around in that room, it's look like mosquito and it's everywhere. âThe bed sheet and tower are really not clean, and the tap water is yellow, the shampoo and body lotion bottle is totally empty.
While the room size and layout is good. The service team provides support very late at night which is appreciated.â

âSad to say it was a horrible stay. Very dirty and in bad shape. Not one of the photos is correct. Maybe they were 30 years ago or whenever the hotel was new. We were only going to stay for one night but we didn't dare to use the bed because the bedsheets were full of stains. We just put our own towels on the bed and slept with our clothes on. Cheap but it's better to pay a few dollars more and get a real place. â
âThe price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin.
