“Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.”

“When i called the day prior regarding check in there was no notice that our accommodation had changed to another site, it was only when we arrived late in the day that we realised. With 3 young kids we felt we had no option but to stay. All the parking was full so we couldnt park near our room. All could be forgiven with a good nights sleep.
