âTruthfully, there was a storm that left the hotel without power for 5 hours the evening of our stay. Room was clean, person checking us it was friendly, property had some DYI updates that didnt seem to be professionally installed, property could use a bit more tlc. For the night a good affordable safe feeling place.â

âThe owners keep this property very clean and well maintained. We stayed only one night, but if our travels bring us back to the north shore of Lake Superior we would stay again and have already recommended it to family and friends. Because the property is a 15 minute drive east of the town of Terrace Bay, it would be great if guests had access to a community barbecue or grilling area. âKatie was an excellent host. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Katie has thought of everything. Our dog, Bailey, loved it too. The yard & gardens are very nice. We were able to take a nice walk in the Rossport neighborhood too. I would stay again in a heartbeat :)â

âAbsolutely wonderful location, and if you like rustic charm, this place hits well. Great view of Nipigon Bay. Check-in was easy, staff are very pleasant and gracious.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, well stocked and updated.
However; conveniences are limited at best. Don't expect a TV, phone, radio, mini fridge, coffee maker, nor good lighting. It's a turn of the century building in need of some maintenance. Wifi is offered, l was unable to get internet access in my room.
