“Fantastiskt läge med helt orörda stränder. Att kunna vandra längst stranden utan att se ett enda hus, hotell eller ens andra människor är fantastiskt! Inte ens någon annans fotspår än de egna.
Personalen är mycket vänlig och försöker, men servicen lämnar lite övrigt att önska.
Resorten är inte så stor och rummen består uteslutande av enskilda små hus. Det känns aldrig trång. Särskilt på stranden är det allt annat än trängsel.
Revet når ända in till stranden, så det är lätt att snorkla direkt...
“Staying at Faith Accommodation was pleasant. So pleasant that I upgraded my room and extended my stay. I stayed in the Double room first, then the Triple room. The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in. The Triple room had a point-of-use water heater for the shower which I prefer over the Tank water heaters some other places use.

“This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.”
“The resort is nicely located by the sea with nice garden . Pool and pool deck also good. The room was spacious, but a bit dated with some minor issues such as loose toilet seat.
The main drawback is that the beach is not swimmable. There is a bay which looks inviting, but the bottom is not sandy, but made up of slippery and soggy mud.
Staff was friendly and helpful as always on Samoa.
All in all, not really value for the money charged.”
“Lovely team of staff at the outrigger! The breakfasts were delicious every morning and I felt very welcomed! The team genuinely care about your welfare and enjoyment on the island! They were super helpful booking taxis, restaurants, activities and advising on stores/sight seeing etc. Couldn’t recommend more highly.”
