“The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming - the entire facility is well kept, the grounds are clean and easy to get around. The room was super clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, lots of lights, outlets, etc. A/C and heat were excellent - we were pleased to be upgraded to a nice cabin with more space - free bottles of water and a cake - what a nice touch. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. All in all - we were very pleased and would gladly recommend this place as well...

“Comfortable bed and very soft pillows. Nice small balcony looking out towards the mountains. Versatile coffee machine in the lobby (cappuccino, lates, etc). Walking distance from the Old City in Safed, along safe sidewalks, if you're willing to spend 20-30 minutes in the sweet mountain air. Pretty clean room. Some schmutz on the comforter and the chair upholstery has some stains. In general, under the mattress and around the baseboard could use a thorough wipe down. However, this dirt was...
