“Place was just as advertised. Great house boat.We didn’t stay. Left after 2 hours.A/C does not work in the bedroom, and the unit on the North bulkhead isn’t enough to cool the entire boat. There was a portable unit in the bedroom. It cooled for 2-3 minutes and blew room temp air after that.Original units don’t workHad friends check it 24 hours after we leftBedroom was very warm, livingroom ok”

“We would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. The boat is very old. Appears as it hasn’t been moved in years. The bathroom is teeny-tiny. Ran out of toilet paper. You have to throw your toilet paper away can not flush in the toilet. The cleaning crew was waiting at our door before our checkout time. The boat is similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6 property. ”

“We were satisfied with the check-in process and were really excited about staying in the water bungalow for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully live up to what we expected for the price.
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy. We booked what was advertised as a private water bungalow expecting a secluded and romantic anniversary getaway. Instead, boats were able to come within just a few feet of the bungalow. At one point, people on a boat were literally...

“Stay away from this cool sounding experience!! Booked this stay months in advance. We showed up at 3:10 to go to the dinghy and head to the boat…when we got there, there was no dinghy. I messaged, texted and called the owner and no response; 20 min later they messaged me back and told us the “boat sank 30 min ago” (about 3pm). We could see the boat from the neighborhood where you park, so I told them we could see it. They responded with, “it’s half way sunk and full of water inside”. I sent the...
