Hotell nära Upper Room

“Loved everything about this place! Convenient to shopping and restaurants! And far enough away from busy downtown!”

“Kändes plastig ”

“Saknade frukost på hotellet.”

“Klart ett bra läge om man vill vara nära centrum. Trevlig personal och tillmötesgående. Frukosten var superb! Poolområdet kunde varit lite bättre.”

“Decent but unspectacular hotel. Service is very poor. We arrived at 9:30am. Having paid $100 for an early check-in we were advised no rooms were ready but should expect a text around lunchtime - fair enough. We eventually arrived back at the hotel at 3:30pm - official check-in is 3pm - only to be told there were no rooms ready. Apparently despite that official check-in time we were told 3pm is optional for the hotel and we’d have to wait. After 20 mins of arguing they miraculously found a room....

“Great! Clean and fresh!”

“It was absolutely one of the best properties we ever stayed at, it has everything you need.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the room and view from it. Also appreciated the games by the pool and the lounge/bar area. On the minus side I would warn you to not use the taxi service provided by their staff on the entry floor. I asked for help ringing a taxi on my first day to reach the conference hotel not far away (less than 10 min). I was ripped off when we arrived and the driver refused to lower the price. It costed med 45 dollar and the same trip in the afternoon with...

“Bra boende centralt men de ville inte ge mig drink voucher som det stod på hotels.com bokningen att den ingick. ”

“Room was very spacious and clean. AC was working and easy to adjust. Coffeemaker with pods and cups etc. Full kitchen. In my opinion good bed but I don’t like to have separate sheets, better with a whole ”duvet cover”. The only problem was check in where I was supposed to get a mail with door code but it never came. No answer either when I sent message asking for the code. Sent message through hotels.com so can’t say where the problem is. I managed to sneak in with other guest and luckily found...

“It was great! The room was clean and nice. However, be mindful that they have a resort fee that they might want you to pay covering aspects as free water, gym access etc. They were professional when we said that we have not used any of the facilities that it covered and then we did not need to pay it. Good service!!”

“Fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis, eller det är ju egentligen inget hotell - många som bor där som hyr lägenheterna långtid. Super fint poolområde som vi tyvärr inte hann besöka pga vädret. Vår lägenhet var super stor, med allt man behöver och super mysigt! Köket behöver salt och pepper etc. men redskaper finns. Super nöjda!! ”

“Clean, spacious.. loved the mini kitchen.”

“We spent a night at the Joseph during our honeymoon and the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of hotel, walking distance to major attactions and promptness of the valet service was top notch! Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nashville!!”
