âGreat new property in the Gulch. Walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Room was amazing! High-tech lighting throughout. Cool furniture in the room- not your typical hotel room chair etcâŠ. The staff went above and beyond.
Wouldnât hesitate to book again. Great walk-in shower and separate water closet.

âLove the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but itâs ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Canât wait to stay here again. â

âHotel is clean, everything is good. The staff working at the breakfast area were working very hard, to out away out trays, to clean the table, every where, to refill the coffee, non-stop, to make the whole breakfast very comfortable. Parking is okay, need to pay. On the arrival late at night, planning to go out to eat and it rained, we stayed in the restaurant inside the hotel, the portion is huge and tastes good. Overall, a good stay experience. Thank you very much. â
âHaving heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed.
The location is very noisy - we didnât sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least weâd expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent.

"Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h).
Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily.
However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here. "
