“This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future...

“This place is perfect for skiing at Sunday River! Our whole family (group of 10) fit comfortably in this place. We had the best time; relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day and then making dinner and playing games. Would stay here again!”

“Great location! Visited in the summer so my son and his friends could golf. I enjoyed the views of Sunday River Mtn and would go back in the winter and rent this place for a ski trip!”

“We loved the Lone Star for our 3 night ski weekend with our adult children and spouses. The house was so cozy and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were roomy and bright. The kitchen and living room had beautiful views of the mountain and we could see fireworks Saturday night from the front deck. The downstairs was the perfect place to unwind and play some games after dinner.”

“Elvis was attentive in his communication and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. Over all, the house was in a nice location, quiet, very modern, and the fireplace was great. We also asked for recommendations to nearby boat/things to do and Elvis gave us great suggestions.The amenities were great, loved the ping pong station, although I wished the Switch had more games available (most games needed game cards inserted and we didn't know). Love the sunshine. It wasn't too hot...

“We enjoyed all of the amenities this house has to offer. It’s spacious, comfortable, and located within walking distance of the Steam Mill brewery, which added to the fun. The home and surrounding area are beautiful, the host was responsive to my check in question, and we would love to go back someday! ”

“This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good...

“We have been coming to Sunday River every year for the past 15 years. We have always stayed at a resort location on the mountain, but this time we were looking for a bit more space. This past week, we had the opportunity to stay at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Unreal first impression, accommodating, clean, all the tech, and a place where we could all relax. “A beautiful and clean home on the river. Extremely well stocked kitchen and complimentary shampoos and soaps in each bathroom. My family and I enjoyed the spacious porch overlooking the river. My husband and I brought our adult kids and neohews (21-31) They loved the downstairs game room and we had to pry them out of the hottub.We would recommend this home to any family or group garhering!”

“We traveled with three families over New Years. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked, and hot tub was nice. Very close to Sunday River. I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. ”
