“We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.”

“Wonderful hotel. Another guest’s dogs were an issue. They left their dog in their room it was LOUD & incessantly barking. The a young Man at the desk was helpful about tracking down the dog’s owners & made it more tolerable.”

“Our room’s bathroom was not fully clean and had a broken towel hanger and broken tp roll holder. Additionally, even though we got it for the kitchenette, we did not have pots/pans/dishes and were told we had to pay $25 to rent them which was not listed on the website. Later, I was told nothing could be done for these issues because we booked through Expedia and that a manager would contact us, but never did.”

While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. “The property was great! The entire staff (housekeepers, front desk, restaurant workers) was friendly and helpful the entire stay. Will definitely stay again!”

“Went for a concert at BOK. Great walking distance to the BOK center. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is ok. They have a very small covered parking area the rest is open. No real amenities other than breakfast and it’s ok. Kind of easy to find and when there isn’t a lot of road construction it’s easy to enter and exit. Not much for dining options and not really any shopping or attractions other than BOK and the convention center.”
