"I stayed at another APA in Kyoto an the level of service, Onsen and everything was far beyond this one. The good things: Very near the subway station and they had a good breakfast. Unfortunatelly the restaurant with a really nice view was booke that night. The view is really great BUT in the back street of this hotel is a really nice, local yakitori reatsuarant that I higly recommend. Bad. Onsen is just one small, warm bath that gets growded. Not pleasent at all and again I've visited other APA hotels that had really nice Onsens. The level of service is extremely bad. they donät speak English at all. there wa one nice gentleman who really tried to help me when there was a small issue but the others said they can't just because they didnät understand. Other customers helped me in the end. "
