The Space:

Step inside and you’re greeted by an open floor plan with soaring vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting environment ideal for gathering together. The living room invites relaxation with two couches, an armchair, a smart TV, and the warmth of an indoor fireplace. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for three, provides plenty of room to whip up home-cooked meals, while the dining area—wrapped in windows—seats six with a view. For casual moments, a highboy pub-style game table with seating for four sits beside a bar area, perfect for sharing drinks or playing cards.



The fun continues in the game room, where a smart TV, board games, and an oversized couch set the stage for cozy movie nights by the fire. A wet bar with a mini refrigerator and microwave adds convenience, making this the ultimate hangout space. Step outside to take in the fresh mountain air on the deck, complete with multiple tables for alfresco dining and tree-lined views. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or simply relax under the stars—this home makes every moment in Vail memorable.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a flex room with a queen bed. The home is a split level home, with the entrance/foyer on ground level. The main living floor is a 1/2 flight of steps up to the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, powder room and primary bedroom with en-suite. The lower level is a 1/2 flight of steps down to a rec room. Three bedrooms on the lower level share a full bathroom, and a fourth queen bedroom has an en-suite. The hot tub is accessed from the lower level.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin size bed, and a twin size bundle.



Flex room off of the lower level recreation/media room has a queen size bed.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is pet friendly. Please clean up after your pets, guests are responsible for any damages incurred by pets.
