Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is within a stone's throw to Vail Village and Lionshead, making it the perfect location for your Vail Valley adventures. The complex boasts a stunning outdoor pool, hot tub, and community space with a fireplace and dining tables. Conveniently located on the first floor at Villa Cortina - no elevator is necessary!

Located within walking distance to both Vail Village and Lionshead, you have easy access to the heart of the action. Whether it’s boutique shopping, gourmet dining, or hitting the slopes, everything is just a stroll away. Two of our favorite spots—Bully Ranch for casual bites and hearty fare, and Barrio Social for elevated cocktails and tapas—are just around the corner.

As you step inside, you're greeted by a cozy indoor fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

The sleek and fully-equipped kitchen features a stylish breakfast bar, inviting you to gather for morning coffee or late-night chats. Step outside onto the patio and discover an entertainer's paradise - a grill for delicious al fresco meals against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rockies.

In the common spaces of the complex, you'll find many amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, and fireplace with surrounding sun loungers and dining tables. The surrounding landscape is a picturesque blend of serene beauty and thrilling adventures, inviting you to explore.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
