“Nice place with plenty of space and comforts. Owners were super nice and communicated well. Property was well maintained with nice outdoor space and a fire pit to enjoy the Alaskan summer evenings. Short few minute drive to town, would be a long walk without a car but very convenient with a vehicle. Amazing views. Freezer space for fish caught if needed. Was told bears come through daily. But didn’t see any. Was able to enjoy the bald eagle nesting in the trees in the yard! Overall great place...

“Valdez is amazing. This home does have mountain views. From the picture shown, I thought it may be more secluded but it was in a neighborhood with homes next door and across the street. A nice neighborhood, nevertheless, but if you think you are going to be in the country, you won't be. The home was clean was what we needed..”
