“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. “Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. The outside area is stunning; the pool area (incredible) and long dining table are where our big group of friends spent the majority of our time and we had a brilliant time, the surroundings are also very picturesque.
