“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

“From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. “We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. Especially we enjoyed the very nice pool and garden area which also had a barbecue/paella kitchen facility. The house was very nice and clean and we got clean sheets and towels on...

“Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

“Beautiful Villa, the communication was great, my only point of feedback is that it is a bit difficult to get taxis from the villa to explore the city. Would be nice to have some help with calling a taxi station. ”

“Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.”
