“Bra hotell med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter, hjälpsam personal och stor frukostbuffé. Vi saknade dock något salt pålägg till det goda surdegsbrödet, exempelvis ost och salami. ”

“Centralt och trevligt hotell. Det var lätt att ta sig till köpcentret härifrån. Snabb roomservice och service inriktad personal. Aningen lyhört men de flesta gästerna var lugna. ”

“Always nice to stay in Ascott. Room was clean and spacious, they gave the best service to accomodate my requests and trying to make sure any small problem is solved immediately. My only problem is that they offer smoking room but you can't open the window / vent, so it gets very smokey at times. There was also a little mishap with their communication with hotels.com where they thought I was supposed to checked out that day, but I have extended my stay from even before I arrived. But it went well...

“Our stay at Artotel Thamrin Jakarta was excellent. The hotel was very neat and clean, and the staff were polite and kind. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also tried dinner, and it was equally very good. Overall, a wonderful experience.”

“Helt ok hotell mitt i hjärtat av Jakarta. Dock väldigt mycket ljud och trafik dygnet runt. Se till att få rum som inte har fönster mot huvudgatan. ”
