However the apartment in itself was mainly in great need for a refurbishment. And there seemed to be no design thought in its furbishment. “This is a good sized apartment and is great for 8 people, maybe not so much for 10 but the lounge area is very spacious and the kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, I have never seen over 10 frying pans! The stairs are steep and about 5 stories overall on various levels so not good for anyone not wanting this and is tiring but this is just something to note in your choice. “L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied des commerces et des restaurants. Pour ne pas monter à pied avec les courses depuis Charvet (qui est plus bas), on prenait la remontée mécanique DAHU (ouverte de 08:30 à 23:00) et puis descendait jusqu’à la résidence (en partie sur la piste). Il y a aussi une superette en haut à côté de la remontée. L’appartement est assez fonctionnel, 2 salles de bains sont un plus, le balcon avec la belle vue sur les montagnes. “Location was really good, just 5 min from ski lift, which was ideal for us. Checking and checkout were straight forward and host was really helpful throughout. Flat was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Notre séjour fut très agréable avec un appartement où rien ne manque, très propre et il est fort appréciable d’avoir les lits faits à l’arrivée et le linge de maison à disposition. Le seul bémol lors de la validation du ticket de parking de sortie des Arcs (validation faite dans les règles spécifiées) ne fut pas accordée car il nous signalait : « ticket déjà utilisé « ( ce qui n’était absolument pas le cas). Résultat, cela nous a coûté 83€ de parking.”
