Vallejo Stay

We were a bit disappointed in the outdoor toys/games/workout/hot tub/ back yard. The pictures were a bit deceptive based upon the actual current state. The pics were obviously taken a long time ago. Very dirty/old/used/broken. Weeds all over and lawn not mowed. Hot water in the house is scalding- needs to be adjusted. We picked the house for location to six flags so it was fine for what we wanted it for.

perfect for a weekend getaway

Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and timely with their response. The neighborhood was very quiet and ths house was in a convenient location (by a grocery store). We enjoyed the activities the property offered like the hot tub.

The property could use some updates. The game area located outside needs some TLC. Hot tub was cloudy. The kitchen was newly updated. Overall, our stay was good.

Wonderful family holiday

This location was perfect for a family holiday with small children. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The hot tub was well used!!There was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out and it was as described. The house was very well equipped which made cooking etc very easy. We were lucky enough to also have the use of a cot and highchair, which Roy provided on request, it was very appreciated. The location was great with a grocery store, bottle shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise everything was within a short drive. I would definitely stay again.

Needed to get away checked Vrbo found this house first I was a little skeptical, but the listing turned out to be all that is advertise. Great house will rent again for a quick getaway from home.

Amazing Stay!

Me and my girlfriends stayed here for our first ever Napa trip and the location on the top of a hill, the amenities all around the yard.. the size of the home.. everything was great. Roy & Jocelyn were very sweet and helpful. Everything worked out. Thank you !

Vallejo ventures

Needed a comfortable quiet place to crash on the route of a long California Road trip with proximity to Six Flags and this place fit the bill. Kids enjoyed the activities and games. Host was great at communicating and made check in and check out easy

We had a great time ! Your house was perfect for 3 couples! The patio area outside is really nice ! Close to shopping and other attractions . Would definitely stay there again! Loved all the upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen!

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay. I had my son and 3 of his friends visiting to go to 6 flags. The house was 5 minutes away from the park and the activities inthe back yard were perfect for them.

Wi-Fi not provided. Could not watch live tv without it. House was permanently set on temperature, not allowed to adjust. It was quite warm, would’ve liked to cool down. Would’ve been nice to park in garage.

Pros and cons of this property.

We spent about a week in the property and overall had a good time, but this house seems to cater to drinking/partying adults, not families. It seems that the SPA had been trashed by the previous guests, so the water was still murky when we arrived and had to be cleaned and filtered several times that day. The neighborhood was not pretty: lots of potholes on the streets, many, many old cars that looked abandoned, run down houses, etc. Once you're inside the property, the view of the valley is great. The kitchen and one bathroom seemed recently remodeled, the rest of the house was run down: bumpy floors, creaky doors that get stuck, rusty hinges, paint patches on walls, noisy furnace (when it worked) PROS: Common areas are comfortable. Kitchen has newer appliances. Host answers texts promptly and is willing to drop items that you need. CONS: Beds are uncomfortable (squeaky and bouncy) We ended up dropping the mattresses to the floor. Thermostat was not working. Dishes, silverware and glasses were mismatched and not enough for 5 people (3 glasses, 1 teaspoon, cracked mugs, etc) Kitchen had leftover perishable and non-perishable food items from previous guests. Master bathroom seems to have a humidity problem, there were several spots where mold was coming out of the wall. You can hear highway traffic from the master bedroom at night (many sirens and trucks)

Lovely. home

We had a lovely stay. House was beautiful and clean. Amazing view. It was the perfect place for us to have a belated Christmas celebration with our NorCal family. My grandson had a great time with all the outside games. The host seemed genuinely interested in our comfort. Will definitely keep this house on our list of places to stay in the future.

Way to many issues to share, however I will share this , Clean the hot tub once in a while as we would not use it. Way to un sanitary for use. Warped floor by main bathroom someone could easily trip and fall from the bubble in the floor

Great home close to the wine country!

My friends and I had our yearly girls trip to visit the wine country and we had an excellent stay! The communication with the owner was awesome and checking in was a breeze! The home was about close to the wine country and it was very nice and cozy. My friends and I felt very comfortable staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard had a great view of the mountains. It also had so many games you can play with friends, as well as a little workout area should you need to exercise.

Beautifully rennovated home with short drive to wine country

Cute house with great outdoor space. The kitchen is very up to date but not well stocked (no mixing bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoons, or baking dish). One of the best things about a vrbo is being able to eat most meals at home, but we had to buy pans for casseroles and be creative with mixing and measurments. Check in process was less than ideal... we did not receive check in instructions or the the address until 15 minutes before check in time. This made it difficult to plan out trip from the airport to the house. Overall, it was a good stay.
