“Everything was lovely the casino was great the pool area and live Karaoke unexpectedly had an amazing time just one think the hallways smelled like mildew BUT the room didn’t and was spic and span no complaints nice area top golf right across the street and close to the mall”

“This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. “Element hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!”

“From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

“This place is worse than a Motel 6. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this place is not up to expectations, not even close. Stayed five days and TWICE they failed to service my room, even after I made it clear I wanted it serviced every day! The carpet in the hallways isn’t just dirty, it’s absolutely disgusting and filthy! The rooms are OK as far as cleanliness but not great. ZERO CHANCE I will return.”
