Wonderful Triplex Unit With Spectacular Lake View!

Summary:
Come relax in this newly built and brand new unit right on the water with spectacular lake views at the new Waitts Lake Resort! You can't get any closer to the water in this unique space that accommodates 6 guests as well as gives you access to the entire private resort and its facilities. This includes access to the private boat launch, beach, swimming area, community amphitheater rock fire pits, new rec room, and fishing docks! A fantastic location for both summer and winter activities!

The Space:
Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking lake views as if your are floating right over the water in this exceptional and modern space. Partake in the abundance of amenities this property offers from the fully stocked kitchen to the large private patio area that seats 6+. This unique space also features a 55" TV with DISH programming for those rainy days or cozy evenings indoors as well as memory foam mattresses to help get a comfy night's sleep. Fantastic for summers on the lake or ice fishing in the winter! Also very close to 49 Degrees north ski resort! Please keep in mind that this location does not include Wi-Fi and cell signals can be spotty. BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Parking is provided in front of each of the triplex units. Only 1 vehicle is permitted in the front of the triplex unit. You are able to park a second vehicle behind it but not in front of another triplex unit.
Prior to check in please send the license plate numbers of the vehicle(s) that will be there during your stay.

For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or payment app that starts with a V from the local resort host.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is part of the new Waitts Lake Resort. This unit will share all resort amenities at no additional cost. Quiet time for the resort is from 11pm to 8am so please be respectful to your neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or Venmo from the local resort host.
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live onsite, however, the resort is managed by a camp host that can address any immediate issues or concerns. Any additional assistance can be obtained by reaching out via phone or text message.

Our big family really lucked out when we were able to rent all three units in the tri-plex in order to be together for a celebration of my brothers life. It was absolutely perfect and Jerry and Natasha were so easy to communicate with and all went smoothly that we were able to really enjoy our time together. We look forward to staying there again! The cabin was perfect for the 3 of us...spacious, comfy beds, lovely deck, beautiful views. Lake was great for swimming & boating. Wifi was pretty much non-existent most of the time but we had a fantastic time! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Jerry & Natasha's rental very much. The location can't be beat at Waitts Lake. Beautiful view from the rental and the docks. Very clean units. Great fishing dock, swimming area, grassy area for shade and games, beach area and firepit. Coin laundry in basement, $1.50/wash $1.00/dry. The check in process was easy, communication with owners and on site property manager was also easy. No wifi so come prepared for that. We brought our own lawn chairs as we inquired before hand and there are not any (we used for sitting on the dock and fishing and also the grassy area for shade.) The units are very clean and nice. We did not have plans for cooking while there so cannot comment on those amenities. The AC is great. The beds are very firm, so also be prepared for that. Would it keep us from coming back, absolutely not. Thanks for a great stay for my husband, myself and our 15 year old!

All was good except there were no cleaning supplies there. Had 2 pods for dishwasher and no dish soap, no windex or other cleamers. One dish towel and one dish rag. Only two garbage bags. I contacted Michelle and she brought some things to us, but due to bad cell reception I could not get a hold of her again. No vacuum cleaner. Sleeps six people, so there were six plates, six cups, six bowls, no large frying pan. The cupboards were pretty much bare. These small problems would be easily fixable if more supplies were stocked in the unit when you get there. Easy to get firewood. Had a good time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The owners are very nice and helpful and respond to inquiries promptly. The kids wanted to stay in the lake all day long and had a blast. Fishing was good, the unit was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. It is very family friendly; it even had night lights in the hallway and bathroom! I forgot to bring mine along so it was a nice surprise to see some in the unit. Overall, it is a little pricey but we had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you, Jerry and Natasha! Your resort is a gem!

We loved our stay at the Waitts Lake Resort! The place is brand new, super clean, cute and cozy. The beach and lake views are unparalleled for the area. On top of that, the property manager and owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would absolutely recommend! We will be back again! Thank you Jerry and Natasha!

Our stay was great. It would be helpful to let guests know where the washer and dryer are located and they require coins. Amenities just stated washer and dryer and had to ask where it was. A few short items however they were provided as soon as we asked. Property was beautiful and comfortable

Stayed to enjoy skiing at 49 Degrees North. Had the added benefit of playing on the frozen lake and enjoying an outdoor fire. Accommodations were fantastic and can’t wait to enjoy again.

We enjoyed wandering the beach and feeding the ducks even without being able to play in the water. The units were clean and well stocked with essentials and the views were lovely. We appreciate the quick responses to all inquiries.
