“This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). “This was my first stay at a "Spark by Hilton" hotel. I guess I should have done my homework a little better before booking. Nice hotel but I likely would not stay here again for more than a quick overnight trip because of the lack of hot breakfast and a fitness facility. “The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. “Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion).”

“I get it, the place is old but the microwave didn’t work right; there was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap for both shower and sink. It would have been nice if there was a deadbolt in the door but alas there wasn’t, just a hole, so only a chain to keep anyone out. And a gap in the door to the outside. The parking lot needs attention for sure. But the mattress was good. The girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay there again. A sad tribute to Will Rogers.”

I explained the situation over the phone around 9am and gentleman on the phone sounded like he couldn’t care less. I figured they would call me back once they found. They didn’t.
