“I stayed at the Westin before, and it was just as I remembered. The room was was clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Westin is connected to the Galleria which is great if you are in Dallas for shopping or have forgotten something for a special event. The only negative is valet parking is extremely high. We were in a time crunch for attending an event and had to park quickly. Get there early and find self parking. It is worth it. Valet parking is a little over $41...

“This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...
