“Loved this place. Only issue was the number of homeless near there that were panhandling us each time we walked out. Not blaming that on property at all. As a matter of fact I think there were things done to help. (breakfast delivered to room rather than a buffet for example.)”

“Very nice hotel, the room was super. The breakfast was a little bit limited. But I would absolutely stay there again if I ever visited Great Falls again.”

“Overall a great one night stay for a funeral. Got back to the motel after 9 in the evening. Almost had to find a parking place elsewhere because the lot was so full. A bit more parking would help.”

“Property was very clean and the breakfast was good just wanted a piece of toast. The night lady did not make us feel welcomed when we walked in and when we asked her where to go to eat she only told us one place. But all and we would stay there again.”

“The rooms were clean small, no air conditioning to speak of, room was very warm. Parking was limited and uncovered not monitored vehicles covered two spots. Did not use laundry services.”

“Outdoor pool was fun and hotel was within walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shops.”

“Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.”

“Clean, comfortable, hot breakfast, coffee, friendly and helpful staff, regular cleaning of the shared areas - only drawbacks were a tiny bottle of hair conditioner and shampoo - gave me more shampoo when I asked - per policy never changed linens, cleaned room or gave new towels during three day stay - bathroom was very nice and clean but shower ledges (where you set soap and shampoo) had not been cleaned when I arrived - overall a very nice place to stay.”

“We tried to check in at two a were asked to come back at three. No room ready until after check in time of three. Our room wasn’t cleaned. Hair in tub and all over in one of the beds. All. Over. We had no toilet paper and no towels. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the top of the toilet was covered in dust and grime. Super disappointing.”

“Each staff member was amazing! The rooms had a strange odor and the pool area smelled very odd. Breakfast area clean and tidy and user friendly. Very good breakfast. Spent one night here.”

“The rooms did not feel clean, there were no facecloths in the hotel and was told that they thought that maybe someone stole all of them, they had no normal pillows only small square ones and when we left a message to have more nobody ever got back to us, there were some wierd kind of bugs in our room, when you pulled up on the button to have a shower the spout on the tub was coming out of the wall, when calling the desk nobody would ever answer the phone. All in all a very poor subpar...

“We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to...
