“This is not a place to stay with small children; glad mine are grown for this stay. Also, the host really needs to have people they know stay there a bit to see what guests are really looking for. This property really felt like someone is just trying to make money and they don't really care about the people using the property. One of our beds was broken, there were limited furnishings and the tv in the living room was not user friendly at all. I would not recommend this property for any long...

“Everything was as described! House was in a great location (Go across the parking lot to George's for lunch if you're hungry). Easy access to all highways and the train into Chicago.Beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Kind of wish there was a tv in the bedroom and the couch was kinda lumpy, but nothing that would make me change my rating.Overall was a great stay and we will definitely be back when we come to visit family.”

“Claudia was the most gracious hostess! I liked that she came over to show you around the house. She pointed out different features about the architecture, etc. She had such unique decorations. We enjoyed the collection of coffee mugs! Beautiful house to entertain with your family. I loved the master bedroom & bathroom. The porch was great to enjoy your morning coffee! We would love to stay here again!!”

“We stayed in this house for a couple nights while in the area to hike the Indiana Dunes parks. It was conveniently located to both. Although it is the first house off the lake - it is quite the walk to get to the water. My family was able to make it since we were there for hiking anyway - but I can understand how other families with different abilities may struggle.
