“This is a Clean home. The host was easy to work with and prompt with responses. He even messaged me when they were done cleaning to let me know we could check in early if we wanted. Bedding and bathroom towels smelled very fresh. Bedroom was a little warmer than we like to sleep even with the ceiling fan on. There didn’t seem to be a vent in the bedroom maybe..however, there’s a large vent that blows in dining area outside the bedroom. We turned the ac down for the night, In few hours it was...

“Highly recommend this beautiful getaway. Gorgeous view. Cozy. Covered porch byor relaxation. Less than 25min to Clearwater Lake. Less than 15min to Piedmont and all the town’s shopping. Great experience. The only two things here are the showerhead and the bed. The shower head wasn’t broken. We both took showers and if technically got the job done. It’s just that this one was barely a showerhead and only 50 you can get a luxury one. The bed was SUPER comfy it just was smaller than a queen. I would...

“Owner was nice and responsive.External steps to room which is nice to not have to walk through rest. Clean and newly renovated. Due to location was a little loud with road noise but they did provide ear plugs. Room and bathroom are small but work for 2. Only thing to note is that if you don’t/can’t do steps be sure to choose main level.”

“Very helpful with anything we needed!”

“Everything you could need. Very thoughtful details throughout.”

“Great location”

“We had a great stay. There was 12 of us for 2 nights and did a float trip at KC’s on the current which was about 20-25 minutes away. Love that there were 7 bedrooms. Beautiful peaceful place. We used the fire pit and pickleball court. We also loved the ping pong in the house and did tournaments. Such fun! getting there We had an issue with the GPS when we got close. Need to just look for the while pillars and sign at the entrance on K.”

“Great Location”

“Great property, lovely old home, and eclectic little town charm. Owner was very helpful and lives close so she was available and kind with any needs! Would rent again if needed! Had a great time!”

“Excellent place! Highly recommend”

“I am a 73 year old widow. I was not the least prepared for the steep steps, the one chair on the property, and the TV without guidance to get local channels. It is a charming place; but not right for a person my age also with a dog. I looked at it as pet friendly, but there were multiple regulations (with which I was able to comply), but there was not early disclosure with strict cancellation directions had I not been able to comply. There needed to be lots more disclosure about the nature of...
