“Pros: great area, very well maintained heritage home and directions are well laid out. Within walking distance to everything and the host was very accommodating and welcoming, price was reasonable for Victoria Cons: in the mini suite it is right by the laundry room in the basement, there is a bug zapper outside of the room that will go off and sound like an electrical issue. There was a broken window that was taped up. The coffee in the morning was cold and had many grounds in it.”

“Located on the top floor which was perfect since you couldnt hear the other people staying there. Large and comfortable bed, jacuzzi in the room was perfect after a full day out. Became quiet in the evening around 21.30 which for our type of stay in Victoria. Would go back”

“The room was fine but it was nothing like the photos on Expedia. I had pictures of a big room with 2 queen beds but the actual room was very small and barely enough room for the bed. We’re were only there for the night so no big deal but Expedia misrepresented what we were paying for.”

“Thank you Kate for a relaxing and comfortable stay for us and our dog. This was a wonderful base from which to explore the Comox valley and only 10-15 minutes from downtown Courtney and Comox. We loved spending time relaxing in the garden and listening to the birds. We especially loved the beauty of the garden and of Kates colourful art! Would happily recommend!”

“Everything was excellent! Very cozy little cabin with a large hot tub! Lots of extras to make this easy - tea and coffee, salt and pepper, hot plate, and a medium sized fridge with a freezer, which was nice! Bree was very responsive to my inquiries as well. We would definitely stay again 10/10.”
