“We were staying in Victoria for a conference that my wife was attending at the University of Victoria. This property is about a 10 minute drive from U.Vic., so very convenient. We discovered that the neighbourhood was quiet and a great place to go for walks and runs through. The property come fully equipped with everything we needed. There is outdoor space for guests to use adjacent to an amazing garden. We only met up with the host when we arrived, and when we departed, but were very pleasant...

“This a wonderful property. Located between downtown Victoria (10 miles) and Butchart Gardens (8 miles), it is a perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a car. A grocery and liquor store are a very short drive away. The home has everything you need, including a nice patio off the living room. The neighborhood is very quiet. Melissa is a very attentive host and made sure all was it should be. I highly recommend this property.”
