You are here in rue Saint-Salomon, famous for its timber-framed houses. Its staircase will allow you to reach the 1st floor where this superb flat with a lot of charm and perfectly quiet is nestled. This beautiful flat is very bright with high ceilings, has a large bright living room of 35 m², solid oak flooring and quality equipment, it has wifi. With a surface area of 90 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it has a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200), a nice bathroom (with a large Italian shower and double basins).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

As always with Cocoonr, your flat is ready to live in: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and you have wifi access included in the price of your booking.

To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, kit
oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products...

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars,
Numerous activities in the vicinity, large market on Wednesday and Saturday at 2 steps, everything is done on foot, shopping, bike rides, cruises for the Gulf of Morbihan, rowing.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Richemont car park (paying) located 300m from the flat. For up to 2 hours: We recommend that you park in the Place de la République car park (pay car park - €1.20 per hour). You can also park in the Saint-Joseph car park (free) 400 m away or in the Parking des Capucins along the port.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, 5 minutes away by car.
- Taxis or car hire: Rent a car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1h15 by car.
- Bus line 300m away, very well served.
