Situated by the canal, close to everything and the breakfast included everything I wanted.

âOne of the most unique and charming places I have ever stayed. It is a living arts museum as much as a guest house.
The main rooms, the bedrooms each have art from the original owner within.
It was a joy to stay in, I wish we had been there for more than one night and would return again.
One note - as I am not sure Expedia made it clear is that there are shared bathrooms and a shared lounge and kitchen.
We didnât mind that at all - but it is something to be aware of. â
âWith this hotel as a base, we could walk anywhere in Aveiro. The canals are only a minute or two away on foot. The staff was very courteous and helpful and they served a decent breakfast.
However, our room was a bit run down, although clean. I think that the hotel could use a slight facelift. Our hotel voucher indicated that there would be some sort of private pool or hot tub, but there was none. Not a big deal, but it increased our expectations a tad. Not sure if it's Hotels.com, the...
âGreat hostel at great location. The room was exactly what we have been expecting even it exceeded our expectations. We choose the private room with own bathroom. Sheets were clean, bed comfortable, very warm blankets. Excelente breakfast.â
