“Bra hotell med spännande restauranger nära. Trafiken in till centrum på Toronto var dock hemskt. Rummet rejält och bekvämt. Bra frukost. Dock tog de hela kostnaden för rummet i deposition och de har inte släppt den efter 7 dagar. Detta strulade till ett av kontokorten ”

“Our check in was delayed 8 hours! We were at the hotel at 4 and couldn't check in till 10:30 - after our party. The pool was out of order and the rooms and halls were extremely hot. I am very dissatisfied. ”
