“Great location!”

“Everything went smoothly, was only three blocks away from the Paramount theater. Where we attended a show. Was given a code to get into the building and from there everything else was a breeze, only thing, it would have been nice to check in before 4:00pm but we made it work. We paid $35 to be able to park in a secure lot below our unit which was worth it”

“The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car...

“The apartment was just as described. Loved having a corner room on the top floor. The rooftop was also great with wonderful views of the city and Puget Sound. The neighborhood is one in transition, but felt safe. It could get a bit noisy at night, but was not a problem with the windows closed. Walkable to both stadiums. Overall, a great stay!”

“Perfectly located apartment right next to the space needle. It was clean and easy to walk to the nearby sites. Getting the key is a hassle- even with the instructions it wasn’t clear and when I had issues with the lock box the person I called couldn’t help me (said she would call me back, waited 15 min) but I eventually figured out the issue myself. “This is a small space, but it is very well laid out. Big Bathroom, nice entrance with room for bags, shoes etc. This worked perfect for my two nights.”

“I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young.
