“Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

“Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! ”

“Great location and functional layout, but major issue with smoke smell. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great bed (though the pillows could be upgraded). The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. “I loved this place! I felt at-home as soon as I walked in. The price was right, parking was easy, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed (including plenty of coffee! Thank you!), and Jenn, the host, was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is really beautiful. I will definitely book this spot again for future visits! ”

“Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. “An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great...
