“Timothy's property was very clean and incredibly well equipped in all areas -- I was very pleased I got to do a lot of my own cooking because of the kitchen! I felt safe accessing the property, even at night. My only issue is that it's a bit of a walk to most things (5 minutes to the 8th street bus stop, 15-20 to Broadway street) so it's probably more convenient to those with a vehicle. I would happily stay again!”

The host was extremely attentive and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again! ”

“The owners were good to deal with. It’s located in a new developed area far from traffic so it’s quiet and not busy. It’s a basement suit but we didn’t hear anyone above us. It’s new and very clean. Only down side was you have to book 3 days to have access to the washer and dryer. We would book and stay here again. ”
