“I am very disappointed with my stay at George Williams Hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and even though our bed sheets were dirty, the staff did not replace them. Our towels were not changed either during the stay.
In addition, neither the TV nor the internet was working, which made the experience even worse. There was also an unpleasant smell both in the hallway and inside the room.
Considering the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness....

“The shower was leaking water in the shower floor, left this information with the manager on check in without follow up.
The aircon in the room was super noisy, left this information with the manager as well without any action.
Only think that was with highlighting was the amazing food at the restaurant a la carte menu.”
