“I want to be fair to the owners - we stayed for less than 8 hours after a weather-delayed arrival, and very early departure as part of a family road trip. The home was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was invigorating in the morning. I would stop there again, for sure.”

“My family has specific needs and one is that everyone has a bedroom. It was so nice to rent this property in Hays, KS on our way to Colorado. We all had our own rooms and had plenty of space to relax in the living room upstairs and in the living room downstairs. We will definitely stay again when making trips out west! ”

“We SO enjoyed our time at Sunshine. There is plenty of space to spread out and hang with family. The beds are comfortable, and it was nice to have "wings" to the house with two bedrooms and one bath each. It worked great!Our host was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated having a few welcome snacks and some bottled water. The TV has Roku access but not cable. There are LOADS of DVDs available to have a movie night (and popcorn to make, too!).It was just what we needed to gather before...

“The house is so beautiful and so well taken care of! The house has so much history, which you can view the information on the table when you enter the house. The property host were so great with recommending the local Sonny’s bar and grill, best burgers! I was traveling with my wife, our teenage son and our Aussie and this was a perfect stay as we were just passing through. Highly recommend!”

“We came to celebrate our daughter who is currently interning in Dodge City. This gave us enough room to come together and celebrate and room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Our only option would have been hotel rooms, but they would not have allowed us to all be together. The foosball table was a big hit too. It was a great evening!”

“Traveling through Kansas and stayed one night. Family of 5 (including Grandparents in their 80s).The house was sparkling clean. Very well decorated. Bedding was soft, new and clean. We cooked a meal (grocery store is two blocks away) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The basement with ping pong was a BLAST! The backyard was great for our little dog. The owners communication prior was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this home. ”
