“Good”

“The smal apartment was well maintained, fine beds, a kitchen with fridge, micro and coffemaker, a good sized zink, a sitting room with a sofa and a smal table with chairs, a balcony with rocking-chairs, overlooking a very well kept, green lawn with a fenced in large swimming pool. ”

“TV didn't work and they were going to put us up on the 2nd floor even there wasn't hardly anyone there on the 1st floor. I said why don't you just up-grade us and they said it was because we got the room from your site nothing could be done. They finally found us a room on the other side of the hotel and we had to pack up and move. There was no paper in the room about the WiFi password and I called the front office. I let it ring @ least 12 to 14 times and no one answered. I had to leave...

“Vi stannade en natt för att sedan åka vidare mot Glen Arbor. Det var trevlig personal och allt var välordnat. Ett helt okej motell för en eller två nätters övernattning. ”

“Overall, for what you pay, the hotel is really run down and the breakfast in the morning was basically juice, coffee or fruit”

“No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Coffee only and starts at 9 a.m. Need it earlier than that. Also, no internet and TV might have been affected by it. Only one channel available. Otherwise, it is a very cute and clean property. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Close to everything, a pleasant walk to Saugatuck. We would stay again. Maybe a commercial prewrapped muffin placed in the room as a breakfast offering. Coffee service at 8?”

“No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

“My first room assignment had terrible chemical smell. 2nd room no soap or cups in bathroom. Lighting fixtures broken, only lukewarm water in am. Key card entry broken and junk from piled around outside from other tenants.”

“The description of the room was nothing like the pictures. This is not a cottage, but a run down motel with overflowing trash cans outside of the doors. It smell like a musty cottage though. Room wasn’t very clean and there was no staff on site. I attempted to call to see if there were larger rooms, but got no response. Save your money and do not stay.”
