“Cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband, one year old, and I stayed here. The location is excellent, steps away from gorgeous Coco Beach and a sparkling swimming pool. Along the shore the facility has comfy Adirondack chairs and beach loungers right by the shore. Maybe we saw 10 people on the beach on the busiest day. “The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...
