“Our room was not ready for over an hour after the listed check-in time. The front desk staff only apologized and told us how busy they were, but made no effort to do anything for us since we had to wait an extra hour for the room. The room itself had had many repairs and they were not well done. They were very obvious, including a hole in the tub, rust all over the bathroom floor behind the toilet, and a patched hole in the wall behind the toilet that was not painted. “My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the bathroom shower curtain was extremely dirty. There was no hair dryer in the room, and the bed sheets were stained and appeared unwashed (I have uploaded photos as evidence). It seemed that housekeeping simply remade the bed using the same dirty sheets instead of replacing them. The A/C in the room was so dirty. The customer service was equally disappointing. “The hotel was very nice and very close and walkable to restaurants, AE stage and across the street from illusions museum. Complimentary breakfast was so good. Bummer the pool was down for maintenance the 2 days we stayed.”
