“We recently visited this place and were initially impressed by the beautiful surroundings and well-manicured garden. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we entered our room. It was stuffy, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor of cat urine and very strong scented cleaning products. To make matters worse, the room didn't match the photos we had seen online. We were disappointed that there was no one available to speak with about our concerns, and we couldn't request a room...
