“There are items to note that are outside of control of the property owner and generally those are items I can easily look past. To note they are a whole house gut rehab construction site next door, and the property backs to an alley overlooking a raucous patio for a bar. Cool place and wanted to go chill on the patio, but they partied late... late into the night. Again, those are FYI's to the next renters. Here are some things to note about the property that are in control of the property...

“A fun chance to live the city life. Such a beautiful home. Lots of different seating areas. Comfortable beds in the lower level and great for sleeping. School right across the street has a fun playground if you are bringing children. The 606 is a quick walk to bike, jog or walk. We ordered from the BBQ place two doors down. Parking was never a problem out front. Fun stay thank you.”
