“This location is primarily a place where people live as in an apartment complex. The hotel part of it seems to be more for people doing longer stays. That means you’re not get the normal amenities or service you would get with a more traditional hotel. It is not a bad location, but I would try not to stay here again.”

I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. “Communication with the host was top notch. She responded in a timely matter each time and explained in detail any question I needed answered.We did have several issues regarding our stay. The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well. Also, we were eye level with the train that passed, at times every 5 minutes. So the noise was on another level. They...

“The service was top notch at this property. The hosts were super responsive and professional. The location was incredible. Loved being able to cook in the apartment. The apartment was newly renovated and very urban chic. ”

“The parking situation is pretty rough. You have to park a half a mile away from the property. The room looks very luxurious in the pictures. However, once you get there, it does show some age and you can hear the other guest from above and below at all night not to mention that the city sounds are in full effect horns and traffic all night long and it’s difficult to get the room dark”

“Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.”
