Probably by saying this is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at, the room was at least passable, but no more than that, the worst part was the ac, it was barely functional, the temperature knob was simply missing, it was set to 'off' (see picture), yet it ran at full blast, roaring like a wild beast, so you had to unplug and plug it to get the temperature right, and the noise meant that it was impossible to sleep with it on, due to this I woke up in the middle of the...

“Rude staff in reception and no one came to clean the room during the time I was there. Extremely loud restaurant on the first floor. Pool looked like a dirty rain puddle.”

“The address listed at hotels.com was wrong. Fortunately someone was near the "old site" and gave us directions (sort of). Since we had an unexpected prolonged walk, we were caught in a tropical rain storm, and on arrival (drenched) a 3% surcharge was added for using a credit card (not mentioned). Housing was simple, small, a bit cramped, but adequate for price. Phot0 of room did not match at all. People friendly, room cleaning during stay non-existent. All and all, ok backpacker's place”
