“Lady at front desk was so patient and kind. Beautiful smile. I have Parkinson’s and forgot to do handicap she just smiled and said she would take care of it. The handicap bathroom was perfect for showering only suggestion is moving soaps closer to chair so we don’t have to risk standing up and falling. I looked around might be trying but the middle is better and easy for both. Ty tru for making our stop enjoyable.”

“Mattress smelled like a dog had slept in bed! Yuck!!”

“I was disappointed to find out there was no jacuzzi! I’ve stayed here a few times just because they had a jacuzzi! I was so disappointed! Overall the night & day shift was VERY PROFESSIONAL HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Will I come back YES! And will still be sad No Jacuzzi!”

“Beautiful, clean room, peaceful ,stay.”

“Terrible breakfast.”

“I checked in and everything was good. I get to my room n none of the tvs work. I go to the desk n tells her my tvs don’t work n she says oh yeah I know smh them why did you put me in there. Then she offers to comp my room but then all of a sudden I couldn’t get a comp. I will never go here again”

“We arrived at the hotel n was greeted by a very nice young man n the place was amazing the food was as well the rooms were amazing too”

“This a beautiful place to stay if you are in the area. Very clean. Their dining hall is so charming and the food was fabulous. The room was very comfortable and clean. I loved the decor. ❤️ They have a beautiful outdoor area and a speakeasy. 😉 Peaceful stay while visiting family. We will return. Thank you Lee,Lyne, and staff for everything!”

“The room was disgusting. The floors weren’t mopped or swept. Bring your shower shoes and slippers. You won’t want to put your bare feet on the floor or in the shower. They hold washcloths and towels hostage. One of each per person. The front desk doesn’t open until 8am. If you have an early appointment, you don’t have access to an iron or washcloths and towels.”

“1. Bed comfortable 2. Floors were sticky by the refrigerator and by one of the beds 3. No toilet tissue 4. No Shampoo/Conditioner 5. Had blinds but no blackout curtains, room to bright for sleeping”

“This was absolutely an ok hotel but we have stayed in five different hotels on our road trip that have been just as good but for half the price. Carpet was not clean. Hair in bathroom. You of course have to turn off the aircon at night (as it is very noisy) but even the base ventilation was noisy. This however is the same as in most hotels. Breakfast was good but stopped at 9 which is quite early for the weekend. Would not stay for this price again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Jackson, TN. Tyler, Ebony, Amanda and all of the staff were kind and helpful! We brought our dog and were given a 1st floor room for convenience. The breakfast was very good too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!”

“I think the house keeping could have been better as far as trash removal from the room. The bathroom door had to be closed hard in order to lock it. The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service.”

“Hyfsat motel för pengarna, men tråkigt närområde. ”

“Great place clean rooms great breakfast great view of Tennessee River from your room mini putt putt golf Caroline at front desk very helpful”
