“For a small space, there is is a lot of separation so people can do their own activities without really disturbing others. The house is on three floors - one bedroom on the second floor and one on the third. Host is super responsive. Very generous coffee and tea supplies, which we appreciated. The property is about a 5 minute walk from Koenji metro station; there is a grocery store next to the station as well as lots of convenience stores in the area. ”

“初めて利用しました。実家の近くの犬が泊まれるところを探してたら辿り着きました。 　まず、ベットは、外国の方向けのベットの高さがありました。大きなベットが三つと、簡易ベット一つありました。キッチンあり、ダイニングテーブルありでした。施設内は綺麗でした。お風呂もトイレも新しかったです。 　車庫は、ミニバンでお邪魔しましたが、充分な広さありました。 　ここの施設に行くまでの道がとても狭いので、利用される方は気をつけて行って欲しいです。”

“The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.”
