“Un lugar espacioso, limpio, muy bonito y comodo. Estuvimos la casa solo para 2 personas. Al rededor no es de mucho ambiente a distancia caminando. Pero el lugar es muy acogedor”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Bueno, pero esperaba mucho más para ser un hotel recién abierto! Mejoras en proceso que bloquean el acceso a algunos lugares y las puestas de la habitación no aíslan el sonido del exterior! Restaurante caro y poca calidad.”

“Room was gorgeous and spacious! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Resort itself is beautiful very luxe vibes. The beach access is top tier and provided amazing views all day. My only complaint was that the sheets and towels in the room did have some minor stains and a hair or two on them. Outside of that, I had no issues. I would recommend and would stay again.”

“Clean room”

“The only think they had nice was the pool area my room wasn’t even clean. The hotel is very expensive food inside as well and for been so expensive they take lots of money away from the stay with no free breakfast. The fridge and coffee maker was in the bathroom never seen something like that it’s not a great idea at all . Next trip I will let my family know not to stay there they rip off your money . Had to give $520 deposit and they took 245 for what ? Like was very disappointed!”

“Had some issues with electricity being out for most of the stay. Was not the hotel’s fault - impacted the entire area ”
